‘It’s Completely Embarrassing’__ Micah Parsons Talks On Cowboys Playoff Exit Faulting Key QB

Dallas Cowboys star Micah Parsons had an outstanding season this year, and was recently named a finalist for NFL Defensive Player of the Year.

But, that’s not how the season will be remembered for either Parsons or his Dallas Cowboys teammates. Instead, their playoff loss to the Green Bay Packers is what will define the 2023 Dallas Cowboys.

The Cowboys came in as sizable favorites over the Green Bay Packers. But, it was the Packers that jumped out to a 28-0 road lead en route to a 48-32 win in the NFC Wild Card Round. For the third straight season, the Dallas Cowboys’ 12-5 season was all for naught.

That’s getting old for everyone associated with the Dallas Cowboys, who haven’t advanced to an NFC Championship Game since 1996. Add Micah Parsons to that group.

Micah Parsons had this to say on his podcast, The Edge With Micah Parsons.

It’s that you [the Cowboys] lose the way you do and at home,” Parsons said on his “The Edge with Micah Parsons” podcast on Wednesday. “We had talked about how much [better] we had played at home, how much it stood for us to be at home and then to go like that at home was completely embarrassing and unacceptable. I couldn’t even look at that loss or feel any type of way because of how embarrassed I felt It took me a while to even show my face in public. I disappeared completely.
