IMPRESSIVE NEWS: Phillies Hit The Trade Deal As Negotiations With Cleveland Guardians Take Shape

It has been claimed that talks about a deal involving Emmanuel Clase have taken place between the Cleveland Guardians and Philadelphia Phillies.
Even though spring training is almost approaching, there are still a lot of unanswered questions regarding one of the Cleveland Guardians’ best pitchers.
Emmanuel Clase, who has surfaced in many offseason rumors, is now associated with the Philadelphia Phillies.
Early on Thursday, Howard Eskin of SportsRadio 94WIP discussed the topic and disclosed that the Phillies “have spoken to Cleveland concerning Emmanuel Clase.” The problem is that Cleveland is interested in [Justin] Crawford among other players. Justin Crawford is not being let go by [Philadelphia].”

The Guardians would naturally desire a prospect with Carwford’s caliber of skill. The 20-year-old center fielder has the skill to become a star since he can play both defense and offense. Cleveland is in dire need of that position group producing more. Considering their existing staff, it also seems logical that the Phillies would seek additional pitching depth.
