Penrith Panthers Handed great disappointment as Mitch Kenny Breach Notice
After an NRL Integrity Unit investigation into a social media post in December 2023, the Penrith Panthers player Mitch Kenny was served with a Breach Notice by the National Rugby League (NRL) today, accusing him of violating the NRL Code of Conduct.
Kenny is accused of acting in a way that damaged the reputation of both his club and the game.
Five business days are given to Kenny to react to the Breach Notice.
