Video Shows C.J. Stroud’s Early Connection With Stefon Diggs
After a disappointing season in 2022, the Texans found a way to turn things around with much thanks to Offensive Rookie of the Year, C.J. Stroud.
Stroud breathed a new sense of life into this team, something they hadn’t experienced since the early days of Deshaun Watson.
With the confidence that Stroud is capable of handling himself in the NFL, the Texans have invested a lot of capital in the offseason to build the team up around him.
One such move was to trade for Stefon Diggs, which has been met with much excitement from the fanbase.
Their excitement grew Monday as Diggs and Stroud were seen throwing together in a video shared by Dov Kleiman on Twitter.

Diggs and Stroud are already working on their rapport, which should bode well for their chances at success for the upcoming season.
The Texans look to be the favorites in the AFC South next year, especially now that they have Diggs on the team.
While it’s certainly an accomplishment for any team to win a division, that isn’t the Texans’ goal moving forward.
They would like to make a deeper playoff run in Stroud’s second season, and with any luck, Diggs will help him get there.
The AFC is crowded at the top, with teams like the Kansas City Chiefs, Buffalo Bills, Cincinnati Bengals, and Baltimore Ravens making it difficult for a team like the Texans to breakthrough.
